Godspeed mural entries: not in order

Monday October 30, 2006
This image is after 4 days of work. The winds on this day were gusting 30mph+ along this alley, making for a very frustrating painting attempt. On the more intriguing side, the planet Earth will soon switch its magnetic poles, because here I am in the Richmond Times-Dispatch newspaper. My thanks to Joe Mahoney for stopping by to investigate the mural.

Sunday November 26, 2006 I'll get some better photos in a few days. The sun had already gone down behind the buildings when I finished at about 5pm. My feet hurt the most after this project from standing on ladders for hour after hour. I'm happy with the final product... I'm used to working on a smaller scale where I have the option of reworking and reworking a painting. I learned a lot from this project.

November 18
I made decent progress on the 8th St mural today, but I didn't bring my camera. So just imagine decency progressing across a wall and that's about how it looks. I will have a new photo by tomorrow night. Here is a photo of the wall before I started painting.

November 11 2006, Saturday 9 days of painting. This morning was the Marathon in downtown richmond. Runners drunk with exhaustion & wrapped in aluminum foil limped passed me back to their vehicles. This mural is located down 8th Street, between Main St. and Franklin St. on Travellers alley in Richmond VA USA Earth.

8th street Mural ideas My first idea, far left, is a sphere falling out of a grid of gravity in space above the space inside the building is a road with horse drawn carriages due to the history of Traveller's Alley(history?). Far right the second idea is dealing with layered dimensions and .... The center is indeed the final.
